Don’t be too proud of this graphical terror you’ve constructed. The ability to crash a browser is insignificant next to the power of the Force.

Interestingly, this seems to use the remastered edition as its blueprint (extra dialogue, extra CGI sand lizards, etc.)--but with Han shooting first.

Not to scale. Some objects may be hella larger than they appear.

Who wrote R2's dialogue?

Scale of Star Destroyer relative to the Tantive IV is way too small and the capture bay is located too far forward.

This is really cool, the occasional typo notwithstanding. Scrolling down the trench is a really neat experience.

I don't understand what infographic even means anymore though. Isn't this more of an infinite canvas comic than an infographic? Its massive size alone seems to defeat the whole purpose of an infographic.

Worst. Episode. Ever.

Anything that has dots and lines is an infographic now. Here's an infographic about that

I saw the original SW in the theater as a kid. And i am dead sick of SW rabid fandom

But this is really cool.

(Does this belong on Fanfare? It's as much a recap as a design project!)

"Have you been in many battles?"

"Several, I think. Actually, there's not much to tell. I'm not much more than an interpreter, and not very good at telling stories. Well, not at making them interesting, anyways."

And then, two episodes later, he tells the Ewoks the whole Star Wars saga, complete with hand gestures and sound effects.

Wow this is beautiful. For anyone else curious about delivery, it's 158 separate PNG image files displayed together in one HTML page. Here's an example individual image.

The best sequence is when Luke puts on the blast helmet to practice. It has a mystical feeling that is completely absent from the film.

Starting tomorrow I'm on leave from work for a week and a half for medical reasons. Now I have something to do.

Yeah, there are lots of typos. But I'll forgive him. Panchaud's English is a lot better than my French.
