MIT webpage modified for April Fool's Day. We've seen the Google Pigeon page, and EBay, and even our beloved Mefi (can I say that I actually like this look better?). Have we got a thread which is collecting web page AFD jokes? I didn't see one. If not, perhaps this could serve as a start?

Whoops, that's the Martha Stewart thread. Apologies; I tend to instinctively skip over any mention of the evil Martha. I'll just slink over there, then.

That's a pretty weak effort by MIT. If you're going to spoof, you should be spot-on with the details (Like Me4).

That's a pretty weak effort by MIT. Actually, I agree with you, but I thought they got bonus points for changing around the main page for such a major institution.

MIT changes their main page all the time, and many of them are jokes of one sort or another. It's one of the cooler things about MIT, but it makes it hard for an April Fool's Day joke to really stand out when the every day page is funnier.

Met4filter's is the best I've seen so far.
