I missed crunning and was disappointed to find out that it isn't cat running. Whatever this is I prefer it to prancercise.

If you hate Facebook video more than YouTube, here's part 1 on YT and part 2. And somebody made an 'extended version' of the original that covers the length of the A-ha song. Frankly, with my personal musical history, I much prefer the use of a cheesy '80s hit to a cheesy '70s hit, but I'm sure somebody will eventually upload a version of Part 2 swapping out some Duran Duran or Go-Gos for Bee Gees.

I would also accept "Shut Up And Dance" for the inevitable swapping-out music but these are utterly charming and wonderful as they are.
