Furry musicians FoxAmoore (previously and previously) and PepperCoyote (also making music as Look Left) debut their new album #hashtag live at Anthrocon. [1h5m] Recorded July 1, 2016, just about an hour ago.

The first ~1m15s of the video doesn't have an actual video feed, but they fix that pretty quickly.

I don't know what to think of furries. I quite like curries, however, and autocorrect also seems to have a preference for curries over furries.

Slide show from this year's Anthrocon. Cleveland and Philly can have their political conventions, Pittsburgh's got the furries and we got the better deal.

Tomorrow is the fursuit parade here in Pittsburgh! I'm kind of ridiculously excited to go see.

I might go down to the parade tomorrow. I'll have to walk past the thousands of drunken Kenny Chesney tailgaters to get from the Northside to Downtown and they're way less fun than the Furries.

I am so excited for the fursuit parade tomorrow! I just moved to Pittsburgh. My news station is overjoyed with happiness at the coverage we get to do of the convention. I'm glad I get to be a part of that positive event sharing even if I'm a non-Furry. I love how excited everyone I've met in this city is for the Furries to be back. Can't wait to put all the fun on the morning news.

Not sure about 'Murrica, but "Furrica" was delightful - the Anthrocon fursuit parade was so much fun (and huge - I was NOT expecting over an hour of furries)! Last numbers I heard estimated that there were ~2,000 people in fursuits marching in the parade; I'm not sure how many of us turned out to cheer, but it seemed like a big crowd to me.

I was particularly excited that someone was handing out "I <3 Anthrocon" signs to everyone before the parade; the only thing I enjoy more than waving and going "whooo" at people is waving and going "whooo" while also brandishing a big happy sign. Good times all around!

And they've moved the video to private status on YouTube for reasons that I'm still working on. I hope that changes. Right now, this is useless.

Not that many who commented watched the video to begin with.

The official count was 2100 fursuiters exactly. Here's a small-scale photo -- the official photographer hasn't released the ginormous "find yourself in the crowd" version yet.

Some of the shots that I took of the parade. The parade was fun but hard to take good photos of because it's in such a confined space that there's no way to take shots with a good non-distracting background.
