To continue the theme, Yahoo starts going after "sound-alike" domains with a little help from ICANN.

I like what they say "But Geist warned that one person's intentional typo might be someone else's idea of a legitimate business name" This would obviously apply to domains such as MattL.com

The one I still snicker about is the guy who registered msdw.com when Morgan Stanley and Dean Witter merged, then tried to claim his son had this great idea for a mountain biking site called "Mud Sweat's Downhill World". (It didn't have anything on it except a For Sale sign until the lawyers showed up.)
