L Delaney is an artist who creates miniatures that look like they belong in a haunted house.

Library of Forgotten Books

Her newest project is The Haunted Doll House - her website states: Step into The Haunted Dollhouse, an interactive game of wits played out during the month of October, 2016. Beginning in October, five mysterious packages will materialize on your doorstep. Examine historical documents and miniature clues to recreate the scene of a 1923 crime.

I don't know what website this is but it's a pain to look at on a mobile device.

I looked at the other links and really really love her work. I'm a sucker for miniatures! :)

Oh god that Etsy shop.

My dad is restoring an old dollhouse for my daughter's birthday this year. This is one of those tests of parenting things where I want to make it into a mad scientist's dollhouse but I need to let her imagination do what it will do but wait would it be all that bad if I just showed her some of the pictures and planted a few seeds, no, no, it's her thing, let this one go, okay, I'll JUST show her the adventurer desk and the BEWARE PICKPOCKETS AND LOOSE WOMEN sign, no wait, it's her thing

I roomed with her at summer camp in middle school! She was a sweet kid when many girls are not at that age. It's cool to see her making a living doing something neat and different. I think she's even done some museum exhibitions if I can correctly recall some remote personal Facebook posts?
