Ignaz Trebitsch-Lincoln, born in an Orthodox Jewish shtetl in Hungary in 1879, was a missionary for various Christian denominations, member of the English Parliament, WW1-era German double-agent, con artist, member of the Weimar-era German far right, Buddhist monk, Japanese propagandist, Nazi operative, and self-declared Dalai Lama. He died in Shanghai in 1943, possibly poisoned on orders of the Nazi High Command.
