How weird, a friend posted something from this last night and I lost a half hour looking at it. yeah, after a while you start picking up certain themes, spaghetti being one. Also telephones. But let's not just think about the spaghetti in the vase, which I think is really a weird vase design someone filled with spaghetti, but also the glass of milk next to it because milk with spaghetti.

I also really respected them for this tweet: "submissions are definitely welcome but submitting dead animals will get you blocked from now on. it's clear that isn't the content we post."

I feel like every picture I take ends up looking like this. Not because they all have thonged men in them, not for any jokey reason. But the relationship between subject and background, the distance from subject to camera, the approximate expression on the subject's face, the disturbing convergence of angles ... the first time I saw this picture I thought "why do all my photos come out looking like this?"
