Adding and Subtracting
Ryan and Dave are the most unique identical twins you'll ever meet. After tiring of piercing, tattoos, and implants about three years ago, they began exploring much heavier surgical modifications.

I missed this the first time around, but I thought it was fishy right from the start -

Medical training? Nope - just a misspent youth with car magazines. That "Ferrari Dino" looks like a kit car, probably built on a Pontiac Fiero or an old VW chassis.

Amateurs.

I'm glad this is fake, but there really are people out there chopping off bits of themselves and doing other strange stuff in the name of "body modification". I'm all for personal expression, but criminy, there's a limit. What do other people consider "going too far" with this stuff?
