Picture 13 was obviously photoshopped. That's way too many high energy breeds sitting there all suspiciously still like!

Aaah, these are all so precious! I follow a doggy day care or two on Instagram, and sometimes feel like a creepo liking pictures of other people's dogs, but whatever.

(If you are a mefite with very cute animals that you post many pictures of on fb or Instagram, pls follow me or otherwise let me know so I can follow you. I give lots of favorites :D )

This is the poster image for either the happiest family film of the holiday season, or the dark adaptation of the hit Steven King thriller.

I'm going with #1 because...awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

That story about the dog who escaped his home to go to doggy day care is the best thing.

I like to imagine that #5 is a dog amusing herself with the Reality Mirror, showing her all the dogs she could have been if the Universe was slightly different.

As for the jerky woman, what is really jerky is that she did not bring enough to share....

Our dog walker maintains an Instagram account which has lots and lots of pictures of very happy doggies. It's also educational as it helps explain the smelly doggie and damp and sand-filled bed that greet me after work.

This is a wonderful post and exactly what I need at the end of a long week.

I am kinda serious about dogs. And yet! I learned a fundamental truth this morning:

If you're going to give your dog a Triscuit with peanut butter, give it Triscuit side up. Otherwise, the whole thing will stick to the roof of her mouth, causing an epic meltdown.

I wish I had video to share.

I used to have a neighbor who would bring treats for all the dogs he and his dog met on their morning walk. The dogs were always excited to see him, but one morning a whole bunch of neighborhood dogs met him at the same time. (A couple of people hated this because their dogs weren't allowed treats and they either had to look like a big meanie or reluctantly let their dog join in.)

Xena is my favorite on the Buzzfeed list because she looks exactly like my dog (RIP.) I looooove my cat but I really miss having a dog.
