U.S. Rep. Carolyn Maloney, Ranking Democrat, Joint Economic Committee, has something to say about which party performs better in the White House. Meanwhile, markets have slipped on Trump's recent rise in the polls, and investors seem to prefer Clinton. As Trump campaigns on economic recovery, some signs predict otherwise.
