The Vulva Gallery is a series of illustrations by Hilde Atalanta of all kinds of vulvas - celebrating the vulva in all its diversity all over the world. Also on Instagram.

MONA in Hobart Tasmania has the great wall of vagina. Its a great museum all around even without all the diverse lady parts.

It seems a little strange that an art project that strongly voices support for normalizing inner labia is comprised mostly of images of vulvas without visible inner labia. There are a few, but far fewer than line up with my experience, and the majority of them are the appearance that labiaplasty promises women.

Just curious about the workplaces where this is only "potentially" NSFW...?

I gotta be honest: the art style is not doing these vulvas any favors, and I'm normally pretty keen on vulvas. Cute cat, though.

Nothing to see here. By "series of illustrations" we mean "collection of dopey cartoons." Pass it by.

Like in other instances, the treatment here suggests that representing these body parts is controversial...that never ceases to amaze me, given what we all know the original subject to be. It's like turning a sunrise into a dirty light bulb. I wonder what it was like to witness 19th century painters like Courbet or Toulouse Lautrec at work.

Not the artist's best work, and seems derivative of others' work; in fact, one such artist compiled a list.

I'm not a gynecologist, but I'm pretty sure one of those is actually a cat.
