In anticipation of the launch of Season Eleven, ShoutFactory is doing an MST3K Turkey Day Marathon, with both Joel Hodgson and new host Jonah Ray. It's starting at Noon EST. Maybe you'd like to tune in for Robot Roll Call?

Enjoyed it off and on all day; of course the #1 episode was pretty much as predictable as Jimi Hendrix being at the top of any list of best guitarists or Citizen Kane being at the top of greatest films.

I don't get why Netflix didn't hire Mike Nelson. The Mike Nelson episodes are great, and his Riff Trax are sometimes even better.

So I've heard. Keep in mind though, most KTMAs are not as good as the cable episodes (even the first season), and these, being early KTMAs, are probably among the worst. We haven't been watching them in our MST3K Club tour.

Well, sure. I'm quite excited about this, but from the show history perspective, rather than expecting them to be actually any good.
