Settle, one of my father's lamest jokes, that he never failed to do anytime he would line up a putt (in our living room - I didn't play golf with my dad when I was a kid, you moron) was to do the whole golf-tv voiceover commentary thing as follows:

"and Palmer checks the lie ... lines up the putt ... now he takes his stance and addresses the ball ..."

"hello, ball"

I don't know, for what it costs in armaments and military equpment alone, dropping the equivalent in cash would be far more effective, especially with free pizza and unlimited cable thrown in. What that area needs is a good dose of Oprah and Dr. Phil--"Ariel, face it--it's your arrogance that's making you late to these peace talks... "followed by Barney, Martha Stewart and reruns of Friends.
