Now where could my pipe be? Lasagnacat: John Blyth Barrymore digests Garfield with a side of Philip Glass.

It is really mind-blowing that so much energy is going into analyzing and riffing on the Thomas Kinkade of comics.

I'm actually a little disappointed in the variety of this video. None of the repetition or monotony of the Sex Survey Results, and 1/5th as long.

It really is incredible. It looks just like a pipe. But it isn't! It's just a painting of a pipe!

Spoiler: On a metaphysical level, it was Garfield's pipe all along.

Watching it now and can barely type this over the sound of my brain feverishly rewiring itself.

What's the story behind these elaborate super long-form Garfield jokes/art films? Did the guy do a Patreon and suddenly have the budget to go all out? BTW, the ending of the that sex survey one is really shocking, graphic, and disturbing and certainly isn't filmed as if it's playing for laughs (I'm not at all joking) -- definitely not something to fast-forward to if you're not up for that sort of thing.

I mean, Garfield was pretty much a blank canvas to begin with, why not paint on it?
