Preventing Teen Suicide With Special K (Ketamine)

Should we be drugging our kids? Ketamine, which still isn't approved by the FDA for depression, is now commonly used off-label in clinics by desperate families that want to avoid the potential pitfalls of other antidepressants, namely suicide. For years, SSRI medications have had to carry a label warning about potential suicide risks of young people taking them. But should they? What are the long term risks and benefits? Studies still haven't been finalized. Previously
