Literally a bunch of baloney.

A lot of explicitly political anti-Trump stuff this year.

And then Henry Taylor's “THE TIMES THAY AINT A CHANGING, FAST ENOUGH!” is just jarring and powerful. I can't believe the shooting of Philander Castile was less than a year ago, and yet so much madness has passed since then, it seems like an eternity. This piece disturbs me right back to that day.

Very impressive. I'd love to be able to see the show. Some really strong works in that article.

I've been to a couple of dozen Whitney Biennials in my day. The works in this show could have been in ANY of them. As someone once said, "everything changes except the avant garde".

Nice post. This is a good overview and I agree with Thorzdad, looks like there's some really strong work this year.

I like about a third of these. Especially Ajay Kurian's staircase.
