Frank Deford just announced his retirement this week, and he has also given a bit of an exit interview.

He's a voice that's been a part of my life for basically as long as I can remember. I wish him nothing but the best.

Oh I wondered why I was seeing this story pop up everywhere again. That's too bad. Deford is one of the last of his kind. Our world would benefit from having more Frank Defords and fewer Skip Baylesses.
