Really excellent art piece. Well drawn, and orchestrated. Then over on the side, you can see Benedict Cumberbach sing with David Gilmour, Comfortably Numb.

Well then there is Bowie doing the same duet, with David Gilmour, and others also fill in on that song, in different videos.

The NPR interview explains the inclusion of marital status in the post. Central to their work, and lovely. 20 years of collaboration...
"While both were eager to discuss their separate creative endeavors, for Gilmour and Samson, the topic seems to always drift back toward who they are together."

Tangents aside, that is a stunning video. I'm compelled to spin up Rattle That Lock now.

I really enjoyed the interview. Floyd fans get a little derisive of Samson's lyrics Part of it is nostalgia for Roger Waters and sad to say, another part of it is just sexist bullshit. After years of Roger raging on and on, often on the same topics (dad is dead and war is bad, being a rock star sucks) I find Polly's nuanced perspective to be a bit of a relief.

Also, I really miss Rick Wright.

I'm not the biggest gilmore fan, but I really liked this a lot.
