Why Spoon, you deranged sadistic, easy-scoring gamer. I heart you.

I find it quite refreshing/surprising that Universal Studios put their name to this. Won't they be lobbied something awful for it? I hope not. The best thing about the game is it's practically impossible not to be considered a proficient torturer. I hope they release the other hand - and feet -soon. That Webby-nominated cutmylegsoff guy has got some serious - and free - competition, finally.

I noticed there's some strategic value in intentionally removing your index finger early off.

Is that whacked or what?

No I agree it's easier to get more points if you lop the index finger off.

1230. Said I was among the best. I wonder if it's actually keeping track or just using some built-in scale.

I've never heard Five-Finger Fillet. I've always called it Mumbledypeg. Used to freak people out in high school study hall by sitting at a table by myself(it was in the lunch room) and playing for the entire period.

It gets much easier and lopsided if you cut of all but the pinkie and thumb and pound the space bar repeatedly while inbetween the two remaining fingers. *shrugs* And I think that it is based off of a built in scale.

Mumbledypeg is what i called it as well. Was pretty good at it...made the mistake one day of playing with a plastic knife, didn't take it as seriously, but Serrated edges work really well on fingers.
