Friday night's alright for wrestling (or lots of great podcasts)

HCW Championship Wrestling, 'which has often been called , quite correctly, the worst wrestling ever seen on anyone's TV screen'. To balance that out, lots of great podcasts, starting with Jim Smallman's Tuesday Night Jaw, popular and well liked wrestling podcast on the Distraction Pieces network.
HCW Wrestling is shown on Ben TV (Wikipedia) at 12:30am Friday night/Saturday morning.

i watched a bit of the first hcw video - that is abysmal - and i don't mean abysmal by today's standards i mean by mid 60s local tv standards
yes, the crap they had on channel 3 when i was a kid was light years beyond this
highlight - one of the handlers stands between the one camera recording the proceedings and the match so you can't see what's going on

They're apparently slow learners, pyramid termite. This happened on the latest episode, too.

I honestly have no idea if the HCW match I just watched was supposed to be a lumberjack match or if they just don't have a locker room. As much as I enjoy the charm of tiny upstart wrestling organizations, I just can't bring myself to watch any more of that to find out.
