This is amazing, and applies equally as well to work as parenting a budding threenager. I will likely be meditating in the car on the way to my in-laws this weekend!

There's an app! Apparently with extended versions. I haven't tried it. By the way, this is a really good, lengthy, guided meditation that I really like. May cause drowsiness. And I still turn to the body scan meditation for sleep at least a few times a month. I've never heard the end!

Having failed the Headspace introductory program at least a dozen times in the past couple of months, I think this could be just what I need. Maybe I'll even cough up the $2.79 for the app.
