Cold to the Touch is a synth-inflected summer single from Ralph, who released a self-titled EP, her first, earlier this year.

Ralph also has a enjoyable cover of Young Hearts Run Free, and her previous single, Tease is also a lot of fun.

This is really nice. Retro without being overwrought.

Bonus: Tasteful Slap Bass! I love it. I just produced a track with a ton of (I think) TSB. Made me unreasonably happy to play it.
