It was also around this time we started receiving residual checks for Transformers 3, and calls to the house asking if “Shia” was home.

LOL.

I hope Banksy's next roommate was Jared Leto preparing to play the Joker.

I don't know Demi and I never really got Banksy, but I loved this story. Thanks for posting.

Demi's Banksy tweets have given me life. I'm so happy to see this

It was hollowed out and rigged it to blow bleach in my face when I opened it. The dedication read ”Demi– if all you know is from inside a book, you become blind to the world outside of it. xoxo Banksy” I missed a week of work and lost my job.

What the FUCK.

If you're curious how to pronounce his last name, I recently heard him on a podcast say that "uh, didja eBay?" is close enough.

Demi also did a series of tweets about his roommate Banksy, collected here.

APRIL 2014 — Banksy borrowed my guitar and learned to play The Star Spangled Banner and “Born In The USA,” but in the tuning of BAGDAD.

*gives standing ovation*

I have no idea what I just read, but it was hilarious.

Ok, that was weird. Aside from the bleach book, which was beyond disturbing..

He's been one of reliably the funniest people on social media going on a few years now. He comes up with astoundingly surreal jokes, especially bits that unfold over time (which twitter is good for).

Ha. Thanks. I realized seeing this that I start reading his last name and just go "ah, that electrolemon guy, he's funny."
