It's funny how the pictures trick the eye into placing the rocks into the picture. For instance, my brain insists that the rock in this picture is hovering above the patch of wood in the distance, making it enormous. I think the reason is that because the dark green looks like a bit of darkness below the rock, and my brain interprets it as the rock's shadow.
