Josh Cohen is an Australian pianist whose YouTube channel features him performing (among other things) covers of Radiohead songs. Really, really, really beautiful covers.
Recently he's been branching out in to Pink Floyd covers as well.

Also worth checking out - Brad Mehldau's Exit Music For A Film.
Christopher O'Riley has a couple albums of piano Radiohead covers. I'm partial to his version of Let Down. Or Pyramid Song for piano and cello.
