It's hard to read this question and not imagine it coming out of the mouth of a rich wanker in a polo shirt having a "rational discussion" with his friends in a private club.
After reading the article - I just am profoundly sad that what to do for the child is even a question, because the solution is, so obviously, that no one should be homeless. How broken we are.
