Always wondered how those goofy large exercise balls were really supposed to be used.

Get that dude on American Ninja Warrior stat.

Also, it always seems funny hearing non-native English speakers cussing in English, like, it's not a genuine unfiltered sentiment, but it gets the point across to a larger audience, I guess?

I never knew you could be the moving part in a Rube Goldberg machine, but now I have a new goal.

That looks like a good skiing workout, because if I tried to learn to do that I would also fall over a couple times, then shuffle off for cocoa with an confused instructor shouting after me.

Actually the american ninja may may not be a great fit for a sport that is focused on legs, the one or two running segments would be trivial but skiers are not constantly working on insane arm strength.

It was a nice try, but he stumbled a bit on the landing at the very end.

I both love his goofy exercise course and got an immediate "oh god that dumb trampoline fighting sport from The Prisoner" vibe from it.

That trick is super amazing and all but I was equally awed by the GIANT SNOW CASTLE RAMP THING that made it possible.

I've watch so many painful "fail" videos that I couldn't help cringing every time he jumped onto a rolling cylinder. That was amazing (and stressful) to watch!

That second video looks like what I really wanted from that "the couches are islands and the floors are lava" game we played as kids when the parents weren't around.

dude, serious ankle stability. my shredded ankle ligaments are screaming in envy in right now.

Oh my god that second link looks like SO MUCH FUN. I'd need an room lined in mats to even think about attempting it, of course, but I'd pay cash money to get the chance.

As a non-native speaker: if you use English enough in your daily life, your inner dialogue actually starts taking on more and more English. I've found that I liberally mix Finnish and English in my thinking, for whichever is most efficient for any given train of thought. Cussing tends to come out Finnish first (and not just because our cusswords are vitusti better), but on trips abroad, speaking English for most of the time, it doesn't take long for even spontaneous exclamations to tend to come out in English, unfiltered. YMMV based on your degree of fluency.

But anyway, that's a cool training regime he's got there.
