For all you rubberneckers.

For all you rubberneckers. Now that there is a site for it do you think you can resist the urge to slow down and take a peek at every car wreck you pass?
And it's not wrecked cars most rubberneckers want to see ... it's the misery and suffering of the human occupants that most people slow down to watch.

Yeah. Who cares about the cars? It's the blood and guts that's of interest.

Yeah, because as soon as porn was on the Internet, people stopped looking at naked people in real life. :)

For the blood and guts, I always recommend Signal 30 (scroll down).

Cf. The 1997 This American Life episode, Other People's Mail -- notes, letters, and lists found in crumpled cars (direct RealAudio link -- minutes 5 to 15, approximately).

I just saw a Wells Fargo type truck on it's side on I95. The cops, not too surprisingly, were all over that crash scene.
