Musical Passage uses text and audio to explore one of the earliest records of African diasporic music, transcribed by Hans Sloane, natural historian and founder of the British Museum, during a trip to Jamaica in 1688.

Ugh. It's a fascinating bit of history, but I hate that damn page down style of webstory and it's everywhere. In this case, I can't tell if there is anything after the pages with the score because it won't go up or down after I'm at that pge.
