I know that part of cultural appreciation is just appreciating stuff, but the unkillable consumer in me needs to know how a person, say, in the US would possibly obtain one of these or maybe several OMG HOW DO I GET ONE?!?

I saw these posted on Reddit just after Christmas. I was saddened that they're pretty much impossible to get right now, but I'm hopeful that the interest these have generated will result in wider availability.
