Ronald Reagan is joining the waron speeders in Malvern, IA. "Someone had put a dummy in there with a uniform and he has a big smile on his face," City Clerk Julie Powles said. I don't think it's very nice to call a former president a dummy, though.

if the name fits...nah. Reference to mannequin and we are no longer using French words because they are not nice about our country.
