Yup, I did seem to get to a stage where the zoom killed my ability to move though. After the one named asynchronous I think.

I got stuck on the second "challenge" one last night -- the one about pushing holes. I kept trying things and even go to the point of having unlocked the door to the flag, but couldn't figure out how to actually cross over -- and eventually it really got way too late!

Haha, yeah, to clarify, it said something like "pushing holes" in the title of the level. Unfortunately I can't access the game right now to check what the actual verbatim title was....

or was it "slow way round"? squares that contain boxes can be useful for completing the path, you can push the box out of the way later...

inconstant: one of the filled holes, pushed into the right corner, helps you outrun the top green slimie so that he fills the last one.
