The people who made this talk about how they do it here. And no, it's not AI, but the point is to interact with machine generated content in ways that produce funny outcomes, rather than demonstrate anything profound about Bitcoin explainers, so that doesn't really seem like a problem to me.

I found myself trying to get into the mind of the AI because at a very low level some of this seemed to make sense.

It's by Botnik, which is more or less a comedy collective built around curating computer-generated humor. (a partial list of Botnik on Mefi previously)

So they used predictive keyboards on text articles to produce a series of text sentences, took those already-composed text sentences that they already have written out in a document somewhere, read them out loud in a video... and still didn't provide a transcript?
