Anti-censorship Group Scolds Durham, NC City Council

Controversial Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson's upcoming visit to Durham, North Carolina is causing a stir. The entire City Council released a statement which stops just short of demanding his lecture be canceled. The NCAC responds with some perspective.

Not giving human trash a loudspeaker isn't censorship. Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences, or freedom to a platform.
