		<description>As a Rhode Islander, I always find this one fascinating: until the 1970&apos;s, there was a law on the books in Fall River that dated back to Colonial days making it legal to kill Rhode Islanders who came into Fall River. A man&apos;s lawyer used it in his trial for killing a Rhode Islander, and he nearly beat the rap.</description>
