Today is World Kindness Day (previously). It's a good day to perform random acts of kindness, or maybe become a kindness advocate. Or at least learn about The World Kindness Movement. (Random acts of kindness previously)

People can learn kindness by example. Tell the people around you what you do (it's not the same as bragging). I always talk about donating blood because that means people who weren't thinking about doing it will now consider it. It's the same for anything else - if you bring cookies to work to cheer up your team, or you rake your neighbour's leaves. Spark the idea in your pals!

I saw this FPP while I was reading over my breakfast, and I smiled at the title. Then I emptied the dishwasher before I left for work, so that no one else will have to do it when they got home, and I loaded up a new movie for the kiddo who is home sick from school today.

It worked, Johnny Wallflower!

Yay, daily kindnesses! Thank you.
Here's mine: be careful with links on that World Kindness Movement site. One of the Kindness Cards links in the nav header redirects and might be compromised.
