1. This kind of fantasy is how girls wind up with really unsuitable boyfriends. All us really unsuitable potential boyfriends should cherish it gratefully.
2. One reason that L. Frank Baum is immortal and we are just fucking around on social media is that Baum knew, and said, that the Cowardly Lion went right on going out and killing every night. He was Dorothy's friend and companion, and a lion.
We must think, therefore, of the demon as an atemporal, nonspatial fallen angel simultaneously drinking pretend tea with a little girl and tormenting souls in Hell. He is her friend and companion, and a demon.
