Bookies taking bets on the location of the next suicide attack against Israel. "Betting on Eilat, a Red Sea resort that has not seen any violence during the past 21 months of Israeli-Palestinian fighting, is a long shot at 17-1, while often-hit Jerusalem was given odds of 1.5-1."

Now all that's missing is a bookie who's wiliing to take bets on the number of victims.

Imagine: 2-1 for number of dead > 5

But of course the aforementioned can only exist in a real democracy.

totally delmoi, The leaders can place long-shot bets and send minions off to do it.
though...Sharon could place big bets on all locations, and no bombers would want to enrich him...perhaps that is the key to peace?
