Q: What is Taquitos.net?
A: Taquitos.net is the most comprehensive snack food site on the Interweb, featuring independent reviews of more than 8000 snacks from more than 1500 companies. (Ed. note: 97 brands! 195 types! 74 countries!) We’ve also write about other non-snack foods that pique our interest.

Technically a triple, but our last stop was six years and 3,000 snacks ago, so…

The internet has many things of my interest. Most are snack related. This will take some time.

This is rad, but I was hoping for some Hostess snack cake reviews and I came up empty. Hmm.

Jonmc turned me onto this site years ago.

My favorite: uncle Ray's.

Yeah, I remember checking this site over fifteen years ago. They haven't really changed!

Wow - that is like using Yahoo in 1997 - clicking through the categories is actually easier than using search.

Ok, they have a review of my local potato chips, which I was enjoying just this afternoon. I deem this a Good Site.

They don't review Jos Louis, which are the best, and why would you eat a Hostess snack cake in a world where Jos Louis exist?

Tacquitos are one of the few things I miss since becoming vegetarian. No matter how often I check the frozen food aisle, they only ever come in beef and chicken varieties.

My recommendation is: Uncle Bud's Garlic Deep Fried Peanuts. I haven't tried the Cajun ones.

These people are missing out if they've reviewed that many flavours of Twisties and haven't had the curry ones.

The Sterzings chips truly are like no other potato chip on the market. I’m not a huge fan of them straight up but paired with French onion dip, they are top-notch.

How can you have Crème Egg Biscuits and Crème Egg twisted and not have Crème Eggs? These people are dilettantes.

Also why does the autocorrect keep putting an accent on the first 'e' in Crème?

Never seen Jos Louis on the west coast, sadly.

Hostess snack cakes take me back to the 80s - Ho-Hos and cupcakes maybe aren’t the best of class, but they’re always enjoyable.
