I'm failing to see the humor here. Am I meant to be amused by the weirdness of the decontextualized, disjointed bits of narration or the way the visual character with the neck brace and awkward, stiff moments kind of resembles a caricature of disabled people? Or is there some layer to this that I am missing?

Oh god, as a Filipino this is hilarious, but I definitely don't see this flying here. This is the kind of stuff you'd share on Facebook or in a message, stereotypes are definitely better with people that you already know, in a void it comes off as malicious.

Is he.... wanting me to laugh at his grandmother, her accent, his ethnicity, or his making fun of people in neckbraces? Cause I'm not getting cohesion from the words.
