Father says David Ortiz has been shot, wounded. This is disturbing. The 3-time World champion was shot in the Dominican Republic, his home country at an entertainment center in Santo Domingo, the capital of the D.R.
This post was deleted for the following reason: That's scary news and I hope he's okay, but there's very little to work with here as a post so far; it'd be better to wait until there's something more to talk about than the fact of a shooting in not-yet-clear circumstances. -- cortex
