Well, if you caught Michael Moore's The Awful Truth on Bravo last night, you would have seen his Jeb vs. George Bush convict killoff.

From the article: "Toney's case is still under legal appeal, so no execution date has been set."

I guess he doesn't have a lot of faith in his lawyers.
