Tim Burton rules... Tim Burton's latest directing gig is for Timex, and I'm thrilled to see that his dark mind isn't stifled in 30 seconds. The commercial is just as edgy and tasty as you'd expect.

Looks like Trinity, Neo and Morpheus can now synchronize their watches ala Parker Lewis. Mr. Burton isn't really doing anything new other than incorporating watches into a Matrix theme.

I wasn't expect anything innovative, though it does beg the question of why Tim Burton had to direct it, beyond the celeb name... Still a fun ad.

Burton does need to reinvent himself, though. At least he's over black and white stripes.

As long as they don't can him and have Joel Schumacher direct the next 2 (ala batman), everything will be fine.

I had heard a rumor that Burton might be back for the next batman, anyone else hear something similar?

Don't waste your time DLing. Ugh. Tim Burton should stick to movies.

Hasn't anyone had enough Batman, Superman, and overexposedman movies? If Hollywood really wants to pull ideas from the comic book world then perhaps they should do something interesting like Sandman, Hellblazer, or Preacher.
