"Sriracha," as my friends call it, is quickly becoming the bug juice of choice in the Bay Area. It's not quite as easy to find as Tabasco, but at least Safeway stocks it in the condiment section.

I discovered it when I first started eating Pho a couple years back, and soon found it can turn pretty much any food into an explosively spicy meal. If you enjoy hot-hot-hot 'n' spicy foods, do yerself a favor and get a bottle, quick.
