General Zinni's opinion: Don't get overextended and make unnecesary enemies.
"With critics like these, Bush must know he's right."
Kissinger's not a dove, is the NYT being impartial?

Thank you so much, sheauga. A wonderful, useful post.
One direct-action anti-war link I didn't see at the globalsecurity.org site is MoveOn.org, a group setting up meetings between concerned citizens and Senators from all 50 states on August 28.

Great post. I am a fan of comprehensive one-stop sources of information on specific subjects.

I can't wait to see how they'll justify taking over Saudi Arabia...

Maybe there are some "evil-doers" lurking there. Maybe it'll be for the women, oh won't anyone think of the women?!

Hopefully the Bush War Machine will bring us some new, more entertaining propaganda. Maybe those damned Saudis like to gas innocent puppies! That's right kids, tune in next time to watch those puppy-slaying foreigners prove, once again, that their miserable lives really aren't worth trading in your SUV for a honda.

A one-stop war/anti-war site ... it sure does seem useful, but does this disprove that saying that you can't simultaneously prepare for and prevent war?
