New Bog Snorkeling World Champion Crowned
People have such odd hobbies and collections.
I'm not talking about things like CrossStiching, or Air Guitar, or Naming Your Pens, but really strange ones.
Air Sickness Bags are art to some, so are Wal-Mart Purchase Receipts, and Nobs, always fun at parties there's collecting navel fluff, I'm not Sure What To Call This, there's Squirrel Fishing , collecting Odd Rod Cards, heck, Books Have Been Written, even The USAToday collects them.
I dunno, is Mefi a strange hobby?

I first read that as "Naming Your Penis."

I did not rush to open the link. Graphics, you know.

Bog Snorkelling? Cool! Should be all one word, pronounced quickly: Bogsnorkelling. Reminds me of a novel by Patrick McGinley (that should have had Bogsnorkelling in it.) That's Bogmail, not Bogmail.

I first read it as "blog snorkelling". Wasn't sure if this was something like Google bombing or perhaps a new technique for tunnelling data between blogs.

I first read that as "Naming Your Penis."

I too thought that at first, at least partly because in this terrific novel I'm reading, Funnymen, the character based somewhat on Dean Martin calls his penis "Mr. Baciagaloop."

Last year, when I was thinking about possibly writing an article on airsickness bags, the best site seemed to be Rune's. Which didn't startle me too much, I mean everyone needs a hobby, but then I was astounded to see his links page, which included sicksack collectors from all around the world. There's dozens of those people out there!

p.s. I really love my pens, too, but I haven't named any of them yet.
