You think your neighbors are bad? Try living with a lady who kept cows in her upstairs apartment.

Hmm... I think they're milking it a bit.

It's a good thing they moooved out, or the downstairs neighbor would have had a beef with them.

"Yeah! ...oh, wait, here they are."

"...health and safety officials had ordered the cows to be cleared out..."

Bovine intervention.

Cows on the ground floor are okay, there's little risk, but when you put them on the top floor the steaks are too high.
Heh heh - we've got the cow puns down pat.

Don't have a cow, man.

i used to live right below a family that planted a wall-to-wall vegetable garden in their living room and had countless egg laying chickens and a rooster. i kid you not. this wasn't a duplex, this was a highrise and they were on the 21st floor, me on the 20th. eventually the ceiling over my bedroom started to cave in and management was forced to do something about the situation.

oddly enough my 2 roommates and i really missed being woken up by the rooster every morning, once it was gone 8-)

for torontonians who may read this: it happened at the st. jamestown complex at wellesley and parliament, "the winnipeg" building, circa 1985. back when the area wasn't quite yet the slumlord's wet dream it is today.

You should always keep your cows on the bottom floor. Haven't you ever heard of ground beef?

Forget it, I cow you later.

I guess the apartment lactose qualities important for keeping cattle; maybe there just wasn't enough ruminant. Besides, the other neighbors were really loud, playing their Casein The Sunshine Band records all night long. I could be herd all over the building. Oh well, maybe they'll find a really Bos farmhouse to live in.

Anyway, you should all go to bed, it's pasture bedtime.

Did they round her up and take her away in the patty wagon?
BTW pa never herd of her but manure.
