		<description>This reminds me of &lt;A HREF=&quot;http://www.hsx.com&quot;&gt;Hollywood Stock eXchange&lt;/A&gt; where you can pretend to be both a movie mogul and an inside trader at the same time. Only I think being an owner of an ISP would be a bit more boring. As for advertising, that&apos;s how people think they can make money off the &apos;Net now, but I don&apos;t know of anyone who actually buys stuff just cuz they saw a web banner or read something at the footer of an email.</description>
