Donald, do you know what those Germans are up to? Like, comparing everyone and their hamsters to Hitler? [Spoiler alert: the first comment explains it, for those who don't get it]

Nope, Google does not help with everything. Especially it won't get you the details, for instance the hint to this famous picture. The "Aequam memento" piece however is easy. It is a quote from Horaz, who was born 65 ante christum: "Remember to preserve a tranquil mind amid difficulties." And there is COBOL.

And before somebody jumps on me: That was not the original picture, but only derived from it. ;-) There is another hint in there to René Magritte, Belgium's Surrealist artist, who painted a picture of a pipe with the caption: "Ceci n'est pas une pipe". Which translates to: "This is not a pipe". Quite correct, it's not a pipe. It's a picture of a pipe.
